At Oudique, we take great pride in the quality of every fragrance we create and deliver. We want you to love everything you receive, and we put enormous care into ensuring every order meets our standards before it reaches your door. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected — and when that happens, we are here to help.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase so you know exactly where you stand and what to expect should you need to reach out to us.
To be eligible for a return or refund, all requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. This window begins from the moment your delivery is confirmed — whether by tracking update, courier notification, or physical receipt of the package. We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their order thoroughly as soon as it arrives. We are unable to process any return or refund requests made after this 72-hour period has passed, so please do not delay in contacting us if there is an issue with your order.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request was submitted within 72 hours of delivery
- The product is completely unused and in its original condition
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals fully intact
- The product has not been sprayed, tested, or tampered with in any way
- The item is not marked as a final sale or non-returnable product
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
We want to be fully transparent about what falls outside our return policy. The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Products that have been opened, used, or sprayed
- Products with broken seals or damaged original packaging
- Products purchased on sale or marked as final sale
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Orders where the 72-hour return window has passed
- Products that have been personalised or customised upon request
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined based on the condition of the product. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days — please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are outside of our control once initiated on our end. There are a few important things to keep in mind regarding refunds:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- If the returned item does not meet our return conditions upon inspection, no refund will be issued and the item will be sent back to you
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product rather than request a full refund, we are happy to help where possible. Exchange requests must be submitted within the same 72-hour window from delivery and are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. Please contact us at info@oudiqueperfumes.com with your order details and the item you would like to exchange for, and our team will do their best to accommodate you. Exchanges are subject to product availability — if your preferred item is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or process a refund instead.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We sincerely apologise if your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product — this is not the experience we want for you, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. If this happens, please contact us at info@oudiqueperfumes.com within 72 hours of delivery and include the following so we can act on it immediately:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging
In all cases of damaged or incorrect orders, return shipping costs will be fully covered by Oudique and a replacement or full refund will be arranged at no additional cost to you.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless your return is the result of an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning any item, as Oudique cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit. Please remember — do not return any item before receiving written confirmation of approval from our team.
